Wack's Whip (also called Wack's Scepter) was a stick that Wack Lizardi held. It was alive, it could make noises, get dizzy, move (to a degree), and bite. Lizardi used this to help him steal Felix's Magic Bag during the events of Felix the Cat: The Movie. When Felix, Princess Oriana, Pim, the Mizzards, and The Cat Band were escaping Lizardi's "prison," he tried to pop Pricess Oriana's bubble, he was unsuccessful. He was very faithful to Wack even though he (Wack) seemed completely oblivious of his welfare.
