Two-Lip Time is a 1923 Felix the Cat short produced by Pat Sullivan.
Plot[]
Felix, following a large sised rodent, embarks on a ship just as it is abuût to set sail. But during the chase, the cat loses his prey and succumbs to the rocky motion of the sea-tosses boat. After an unpleasant voyage, Felix finds himself in Holland. Looking through the port hole, our hero spies a pretty little Netherlands maiden. He leaps ashore to take a walk with hes new friend.
A jealous Dutch kid throws him down, but Felix blows up the fussy one's pante with a tire pump, the balloon which results carrying away the opposition. All is well until the girl's father gets rid of the cat with a well-aimed shoe which Felix utilizes as a canoe. Promised milk as a reward, Felix uses a sprinkler filled with gin to water the tulips causing their intoxication.
A chase after the peaky art leads Felix on a merry chase among the windmills. Felix is about to be captured when he makes over one of the windmills into a hand-operated imitation of an electric fan which blows away his pursuer.
