The Elf is a character who appears in The Twisted Tales Of Felix the Cat episode, "Super Felix" as a child we find out he was bullied alot which led him to a path of evil, he had a hencmen named Bill. who he transformed into a pile of casabas for failing him to defeat Felix. Felix then defeats The Elf, The Elf then tells Felix that they will cross paths again someday.
