Peeking Duck was an antagonist from The Twisted Tales of Felix the Cat. His goal was to steal Felix's Magic Bag and use it for evil, similar to The Professor.
He had two henchmen, Moo Shoo and One-Ton, both of which were chickens. One small and one large.
