Felix The Cat Wiki

Jack from All Trades is a 1927 Felix the Cat short produced by Pat Sullivan.

Plot[]

Felix, resting peacefully, is forcibly awakened by his irate wife who demands that he earn some "money" immediately. So the black cat sets out to find a job that will earn him the necessary coin. Finding a fellow sleeping with a decrepit and dirty mop, Felix shaves both of them, making them respectable, thus earning his first paycheck.

A farmer, who finds his toothless rake inadequate, allows the cat to practice dentistry on him and rewards Felix with a cash contribution. Discovering a tired and unsuccessful musician, Felix takes a tire pump and provides the neighborhood with such lively saxophone music that he is showered with coins which he and the musician divide equally.

Meanwhile, his wife awaits his return with apprehension. But when Felix shows her all the "money" he has earned, she is satisfactorily satisfied and embraces Felix happily.
