Felix saves a little rag doll that is in danger of being handled too roughly for a doll's existence, and as a reward he is transported to Toyland. But even in Toyland there are villains, and the daring and evil villain of this particular Toyland quickly demands a further demonstration of Felix's heroism by escaping with the doll and taking it to his fortress on the dizzying heights of a mountain that rises straight out of the sea and reaches almost to the clouds. Felix sees at once that he is defeated unless he can get help, and so he calls in his army of toy soldiers. The experiences of Felix and the toy soldiers will bring laughter to anyone who still has a single laugh left in them.
