In the animated short, Felix's girlfriend, Kitty Kat, is in a bad mood, and nothing Felix does can please her. In a fit of anger, Kitty Kat challenges Felix to climb a 12,100-meter peak and bring her a flower. Felix, desperately trying to please his beloved, accepts the challenge, without imagining the difficulties he would face.
Felix's journey up the mountain is fraught with dangers and obstacles. He is attacked by a bear, which he manages to evade using a cloud of smoke produced by a climber. Then, he mistakes a snake's rattle for a flower, which almost costs him dearly. The climb continues, and Felix grabs onto a climbing rope that falls from other climbers, but one of them, noticing the extra weight, cuts the rope, causing Felix to fall straight into a beehive. The enraged bees chase Felix, who escapes by going into a cave.
The climb continues, but Felix accidentally attacks a bird, and the fight spreads to the creature's nest. Felix then uses the bird's wings to reach a higher peak, where he meets Kitty Kat. She, impatient, shouts: "Hurry Up!! I Can't Wait All Day". Soon after, Felix stumbles upon a mountain lion, starting a new chase. Felix hides among the rocks, but the lion finds him, and he has to use all his cunning to escape.
In his escape, Felix finds a cave, which is actually the home of a bear. The chase continues to the top of the mountain, where Felix finally finds the desired flower. While trying to get it, he accidentally pulls the bear's ears, which enrages him. In a moment of desperation, Felix spins the bear, knocking him out, and takes the flower.
When he hands the flower to Kitty Kat, she reveals that it was not the one she wanted, but rather the flower next to it. She says "You Dumb-Bell!! I Wanted The One Next To It!". Felix, looking up at the top of the mountain, sees the bear recovering and staring at him angrily. The sight of the enraged bear sends Felix into a fit of rage, he laughs hysterically and widens his eyes until he faints, leaving Kitty Kat completely confused.
