Father Time is a secondary character in Felix the Cat cartoons.

In the 1925 silent film Felix Trifles with Time, Father Time sends the tuxedo cat Felix back in time to the Stone Age.
His second appearance was in the episode of the 60s series Stone Age Felix in which the cat feels that the world is moving too fast for him, so he finds the residence of Father Time (who lives in a local clock shop) and tries to pull a lever on your machine to slow down time. Unfortunately, Felix pulls the lever all the way back and breaks it, which causes time to return to the stone age.
