Dairy Godmother is a character who appears in The Twisted Tales of Felix the Cat episode, "The Milky Way" where she transports Felix to a world where he can have all the milk he wants, this however turns out to be a bad idea as Felix, starts to gain weight and is forced to consume alot of milk, this however turns out to be a dream. at the end of the episode the Milkman comes by, but he scares Felix and it turns out it was The Dairy Godmother in disguise.
