Candy Kitty is a character who made her debut in The Twisted Tales of Felix the Cat. She is Rosco’s older sister, and an object of desire for Felix the Cat. Felix actually ends up dating her in The Manhattan Triangle, but it does not work out, as she was already interested in the newscaster.
